On March 2, 2024, participants are invited to compete as a team in Push4Impact, a fun wheelchair rugby tournament open to people of all levels of fitness and ability – able-bodied individuals and those living with a disability. Wheelchair Rugby is a Canadian-made Paralympic Sport where athletes compete in custom-built wheelchairs in an effort to carry the ball across the line on an indoor court. It’s fun, fast, safe, and easy to learn! We provide all of the equipment and coaching from some of the country’s best athletes – all you need to do is come with your energy and be prepared to have a great time!
Funds raised through this event will assist BC Wheelchair Sports in fulfilling their mission of providing exceptional wheelchair sports programs and services to build community and promote active living to people with a physical disability in British Columbia.
